Thomas Francis Doran (October 4 1856 – January 3 1916) was an American Roman Catholic bishop.Born in Barrington Rhode Island Doran was ordained a priest for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Providence on July 4 1880. On February 26 1915 he was named titular bishop of Halicarnassus and auxiliary bishop of the Providence Diocese and was ordained bishop on April 28 1915. He died while in office.
