Francis Xavier Roque (b. October 9 1928) is an American Roman Catholic bishop.Born in Providence Rhode Island Roque was ordained to the priesthood on September 19 1953 for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Providence. On May 29 1983 he was named titular bishop of Bagai and auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese for the Military Services USA and was ordained bishop on May 10 1983. He retired on September 15 1983.
