Halley Wallace (born January 28 1988) is a beauty queen from Indiana who has competed in the Miss USA pageant.Wallace won the Miss Indiana Teen USA 2006 title in a state pageant held in late 2005. She went on to represent Indiana in the Miss Teen USA 2006 in Palm Springs California but did not place (even though she won the online vote).
