Kimberly Ann Joiner is a beauty queen from Gilbert Arizona who competed in the Miss USA pageant in 2008.Joiner won the Miss Arizona USA 2008 title in a state pageant held in Phoenix Arizona on October 20 2007. This was Joiner’s first attempt at the title and her second pageant competition after she won the Miss Hispanic Arizona title in 2003.
