Michelyn Butler is a beauty queen from Tampa Florida who competed in the Miss USA pageant in 2008. She was born in Madison Wisconsin.After graduating from the University of Florida Butler moved to Madison Wisconsin to pursue a doctorate in educational psychology at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. In June 2007 competing as Miss Fox River Valley (a title she won in Appleton Wisconsin) Butler placed first runner-up in the 2007 Miss Wisconsin competition in Oshkosh.
