Chad C. Brown (born 1978 in Saratoga Springs New York) is an American Thoroughbred horse racing trainer. Brown who got into horses at an early age at an upstate New York track. He was an understudy to U.S. Racing Hall of Fame trainer Robert Frankel. At the time of the 2007 Breeders’ Cup Frankel returned to California to attend to his sick dog and Chad Brown stepped in to take his place saddling Ginger Punch to a win in the Breeders’ Cup Distaff.In November 2007 Brown went out on his own.
