10064 Hirosetamotsu (provisional designation: 1988 UO) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Takuo Kojima at the YGCO Chiyoda Station in Japan on October 31 1988. It is named for Tamotsu Hirose a Japanese astronomer.
