Vladimir Belov (born 6 August 1984) is a Russian chess Grandmaster (2003) and Moscow Champion in 2007.In 2003 he tied for 3rd–10th with Mikhail Ulibin Alexei Kornev Farrukh Amonatov Alexey Kim Alexander Areshchenko Andrey Shariyazdanov and Spartak Vysochin in the St.Petersburg 300 Open tournament.
