The 1964 United States presidential election in New York took place on November 3 1964. All 50 states and the District of Columbia were part of the 1964 United States presidential election. New York voters chose forty three electors to the Electoral College which selected the President and Vice President.New York was won by incumbent Democratic President Lyndon B. Johnson who was running against Republican Senator Barry Goldwater of Arizona.
