Torill Selsvold Nyborg (born 23 February 1952 in Kvam) is a Norwegian politician for the Christian Democratic Party.She served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Hordaland during the terms 1997–2001 2001–2005 and 2005–2009. In total she met during 27 days of parliamentary session. She served as county mayor of Hordaland from since 2003 to 2011.On the local level she was a member of Fjell municipal council from 1991 to 1995.
