Olaf Øen (5 July 1925 – 29 January 2009) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party.Born in Nes Buskerud he was first elected to local office as a member of Nes municipal council in 1955 serving until 1979 and again from 1995 to 1999. He was mayor from 1963 to 1977. From 1963 to 1971 he was also a member of Buskerud county council.
