Caramelized Pork and Eggs (Vietnamese: Thịt Kho Tàu literally translated as Braised Meat in Light Sauce) is a Vietnamese traditional food consisting of marinated pork and boiled eggs braised in coconut juice.Although it is a normal everyday dish in southern Vietnam it is one of the traditional foods during Tết (or Vietnamese New Year).
