Mie Koclok is a type of traditional noodle soup from Cirebon West Java Indonesia. This main dish is very popular amongst the population.Mie Koclok means “shaking” and it’s the way the noodle soup is made that’s why it is named.The noodle comes with a thick sauce which is the main ingredients is made from coconut milk and corn flour.
