Tanya Justine (Lehman) Jarrett (born August 14 1983) is a beauty queen model and actress from York Pennsylvania who has competed in the Miss USA pageant.Lehman won the Miss Pennsylvania USA 2006 title in a state pageant held in late 2005. It was her second attempt at this title as she placed in the semi-finals of the 2003 event.
