Leeann Nicole Tingley (born August 20 1981) is a beauty queen from North Kingstown Rhode Island who has competed in the Miss USA pageant.Tingley won the Miss Rhode Island USA 2006 title in a state pageant held on August 28 2005. She is no stranger to pageants having placed 1st runner-up in 2005 4th runner-up in 2004 and in the semi-finals at Miss Rhode Island Teen USA 1997.Tingley is originally from East Greenwich Rhode Island.
