Taftoon or taftun (Persian: تافتون) is a leavened flour bread from Persian cuisine cuisine of Pakistan and Uttar Pradeshi cuisine with saffron and small amount of cardamom powder baked in a clay oven. It is a Persian word used in Karachi Pakistan.
