Shopska salad also known as Bulgarian salad (Bulgarian Macedonian and Serbian: Шопска салата; Bosnian and Croatian: Šopska salata; Romanian: Salata bulgărească; Czech: Šopský salát; Albanian: Salat Shope; Hungarian: Sopszka saláta) is a traditional Bulgarian cold salad popular throughout the Balkans and Central Europe.
