The Roman Catholic Diocese of Skopje is a suffragan of the Archdiocese.Vrhbosna’s cathedral is the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Sarajevo. Cardinal Vinko Puljić currently serves as the archbishop of the archdiocese. Bishop Pero Sudar serves as the auxiliary bishop.
