Richard Blais (born February 19 1972) is an American chef reality show contestant restaurateur and author. He was the runner-up of the fourth season of the reality television show Top Chef and the winner of season eight Top Chef: All-Stars. Blais currently hosts the TASTED YouTube show BurgerLab.
