Pat Dwyer is an Irish sportsman who had a successful career as a hurler with Kilkenny and his local club Carrickshock in the 1990s. A strong and reliable full-back he picked up All-Ireland medals in 1992 and 1993 as well as adding an All-Star medal in 1992.
