Michael ‘Titch’ Phelan (born 1967) from Glenmore County Kilkenny Ireland is a former inter-county hurler. Phelan was formally recognised as a sportsperson of national significance in 1992 when nominated as a GAA Allstar. He played both for his local club Glenmore and as a member of the Kilkenny senior inter-county team for over a decade in the 1980s and 1990s.
