Neil Scott Walker (born June 25 1976) is an American former competition swimmer Olympic champion and former world record-holder in multiple events. He represented the United States at the 2000 Summer Olympics where he won a silver medal and at the 2004 Summer Olympics where he won a bronze. He also twice won gold in the medley relay after swimming in the preliminaries.
