The National Union for the Progress of Romania (Romanian: Uniunea Națională pentru Progresul României UNPR) is a political party of Romania. The party was formed in March 2010 by a group of independents who had broken away from the Social Democratic Party (PSD) and National Liberal Party (PNL) and support President Traian Băsescu.
