The Social Liberal Union (Romanian: Uniunea Social Liberală USL) was a political alliance of political parties in Romania. The USL was formed on 5 February 2011 initially between the Social Democratic Party the National Liberal Party and the Conservative Party which currently form the parliamentary majority and government. On 10 June 2012 the USL won the local elections by a landslide ahead of the 9 December 2012 parliamentary elections where the same happened.
