The National Groups Coalition also known as the National Bloc Coalition is an electoral alliance in Egypt that includes an Islamist party and a non-Islamist party. It is led by the Egyptian Patriotic Movement of Ahmed Shafiq who was the former prime minister and an unsuccessful presidential candidate. The Democratic Jihad Party also backed Shafiq during the 2012 presidential election in Egypt.
