Morgan Francis Murphy (born April 16 1932) was a U.S. Representative from Illinois.Murphy attended Chicago parochial schools. He received a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University in 1955 and was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Murphy received a J.D. from DePaul University School of Law in 1962. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1955–1957 including a one-year tour of duty in the Far East.
