JZ-IV-10 is a piperidine derivative related to nocaine which is a highly potent serotonin–norepinephrine–dopamine reuptake inhibitor (also called SNDRI or triple reuptake inhibitor). The eugeroic modafinil was used as a lead to fuel this compound’s discovery.
