Johnny Marzetti is a baked pasta dish or casserole consisting of noodles tomato sauce cheese and ground beef with additional shredded cheese typically added to the top before baking.Sausage may be substituted for ground beef. Spaghetti noodles can be used as a substitute for macaroni noodles. Other ingredients (canned cream of mushroom soup green olives black olives or celery for example) may be added or subtracted.
