Elina Partõka (born February 8 1983 in Donetsk Ukrainian SSR) is an Estonian swimmer who specialized in sprint freestyle events. She is a three-time Olympian (2000 2004 and 2008) and a daughter of Valentin Partõka who competed in both 200 and 400 m individual medley at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich Germany representing the Soviet Union.Partoka made her official debut as a 17-year-old swimmer from Estonia at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.
