Donald M. Middlebrooks (born 1946 in Orlando Florida) is currently a judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He was in private practice from 1973 to 1974 and served as General Counsel to Florida Governor Reubin Askew from 1974 to 1977. In 1997 he was appointed by President Bill Clinton to serve as a United States District Judge and was confirmed by the U.S. Senate.
