Calcium copper titanate (also abbreviated CCTO for calcium copper titanium oxide) is an inorganic compound with the formula CaCu3Ti4O12. It is noteworthy for its extremely large effective dielectric constant of approximately 12000 at room temperature although this value varies widely as a function of particle size. While its intrinsic relative permittivity is about 100 how its large effective permittivity is generated is a matter of debate.
