Allerheiligenstriezel (regional names are Strietzel Allerseelenzopf Seelenspitze Seelenbrot or Allerseelenbreze) is a braided yeast pastry. Its name means All Saint’s braid in English and it consist of flour eggs yeast shortening or butter raisins some milk salt and decorating sugar or poppy seeds.
