9220 Yoshidayama (provisional designation: 1995 XL1) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Takao Kobayashi at the Ōizumi Observatory in Ōizumi Gunma Prefecture Japan on December 15 1995. It is named after Yoshidayama a hill in Sakyō-ku Kyoto Prefecture Japan.
