9218 Ishiikazuo (provisional designation: 1995 WV2) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Takao Kobayashi at the Ōizumi Observatory in Ōizumi Gunma Prefecture Japan on November 20 1995. It is named after Kazuo Ishii a Japanese architect and amateur astronomer.
