31266 Tournefort (provisional designation: 1998 EZ13) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Eric Walter Elst at the La Silla Observatory in Chile on March 1 1998. It is named after Joseph Pitton de Tournefort a French botanist of the 17th and 18th centuries.
