21965 Dones (provisional designation: 1999 VO213) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered through the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth-Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station in Coconino County Arizona on November 13 1999. It is named after Henry C. Luke Dones an astronomer at the Southwest Research Institute in Boulder Colorado.
