21964 Kevinhousen (provisional designation: 1999 VK213) is an outer main-belt minor planet. It was discovered through the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth-Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station in Coconino County Arizona on November 13 1999. It is named after Kevin R. Housen an associate technical fellow at the Boeing Corporation.
