21459 Chrisrussell (provisional designation: 1998 HS51) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered through the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth-Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station in Coconino County Arizona on April 30 1998. It is named after Christopher T. Russell a professor of geophysics and planetary physics at the University of California Los Angeles.
