21458 Susank (provisional designation: 1998 HN51) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered through the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth-Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station in Coconino County Arizona on April 25 1998. It is named after Susan D. Benecchi (née Kern) a researcher at the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore Maryland.
