10 Persei is a pulsating variable star in the constellation Perseus. Its apparent magnitude is 6.27. Located around 1041 parsecs (3400 ly) distant it is an emission-line blue supergiant of spectral type B2Iae a massive star that has used up its core hydrogen and is now fusing heavier elements.
