Yulia Belokobylskaya (Russian: Юлия Белокобыльская) (born December 14 1995) is a Russian former artistic gymnast and was the Russian national champion in the floor exercise in 2011. She also won a bronze medal in the floor exercise at the 2011 European Championships. She has since retired from artistic gymnastics.
