Yogurt soup (Turkish: yoğurtlu çorba) sometimes known as yayla çorbası (highland soup) is a meal of Turkish cuisine. It is a yogurt soup cooked with a variety of herbs (mint spinach parsley and others) rice and (sometimes) chickpeas.
