The Xbox One Controller is the primary controller for Microsoft Xbox One console. It maintains the overall layout found in the Xbox 360 Controller. The directional pad has been changed to a four-way design and the battery compartment is slimmer. Xbox 360 Controllers are not compatible for Xbox One. Xbox One controllers are compatible for Windows 8.1 operating systems. Menu and View buttons have replaced the Start and Back buttons.
