Wyborowa (adj. wyborowa in Polish language is feminine gender from the word wyborowy which means excellent) or Wódka Wyborowa is a brand of Polish vodka. Its production started in 1823 in a distillery owned by Polish Jewish businessman Hartwig Kantorowicz in Poznań then in Prussia.
