The 2012 Wolfson Economics Prize was a contest for proposals on how the Eurozone could be safely dismantled. The contest was initiated by Baron Wolfson of Aspley Guise and organised by the Policy Exchange think tank. The contest ended on 5 July 2012 when the Capital Economics team led by Roger Bootle won the prize. The second Wolfson Economics Prize was launched on 14 November 2013.
