Without Fear Movement (in Spanish: Movimiento Sin Miedo MSM) is a Progressive political party in Bolivia. MSM was founded on March 1 1999.The leader of the party Juan del Granado has been mayor of La Paz since 2000. The party won mayoral elections in 2010 in both La Paz and Oruro.MSM entered into a political alliance with the Movement for Socialism (MAS-IPSP) on September 3 2005 in advance of the 2005 presidential election.
