Wishart Flett Spence CC OBE (March 9 1904 – April 16 1998) was a Puisne Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada.Born in Toronto Ontario the son of James Houston Spence and Margaret Hackland he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Toronto in 1925. He received his Bachelor of Law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1928. In 1929 he received his Masters of Law from Harvard Law School.
