William Lane Craig (born August 23 1949) is an American philosopher and theologian from Peoria Illinois. He specializes in analytic philosophy and Christian apologetics. Craig earned his Ph.D. at the University of Birmingham in 1977. He has taught at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Westmont College.
