William Henry Bullock (April 13 1927 – April 3 2011) was an American Roman Catholic churchman. At the time of his death he was Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Madison.Born in Maple Lake Minnesota Bullock attended Saint Paul Seminary before being ordained a priest on June 7 1952 for the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. He taught religion for a number of years at Saint Thomas Military Academy (later renamed Saint Thomas Academy) an archdiocesan high school.
