White Tiger is a fictional character in Marvel Comics. He was created by Bill Mantlo and George Pérez. First appearing in Deadly Hands of Kung Fu #19 (December 1975) he is the first Puerto Rican superhero in the history of comics and Marvel’s first superhero of Hispanic descent.
